Our extra virgin olive oil 900 TOP was awarded a gold medal at the New York International Olive Oil competition, with a mark of 9.5, the fourth highest given in the competition and the highest given to a Spanish olive oil. This prize reinforced the international strategy of our company in external markets, driving our status as an outstanding olive oil producer, above all in the United States of America.
New York 2015
In order to consolidate extra virgin olive oil 900 TOP position as one of the best olive oils on the market, in 2015 we again entered the prestigious, globally recognised New York International Olive Oil competition. The result was our second gold medal.
Great Taste Award 2014
In 2014, at the prestigious competition held in London, Novecientos was presented with the Great Taste Award for extra virgin olive oil 900 TOPThis prize further reinforced the international strategy of our company in external markets, driving our status as an outstanding olive oil producer. The judges commented: “Beautiful colour, delicious aroma and smooth on the palate. Very well balanced.”

The quest for quality continues and includes our other products. In 2016 our Raspberry Vinegar 900 and our extra virgin olive oil 900 BALANCE were both given the Great Taste Award in the United Kingdom competition. Our recognition of these quality standards extends to all of our products and inspires us to keep working.

In 2014, ORIGEN NOVECIENTOS was once more awarded with the SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD for extra virgin olive oil 900 TOPOur final mark was 89, the highest of any Spanish olive oil. The International Taste and Quality Institute's Superior Taste Award is the only award for taste quality made by Michelin-starred food critics, chefs and sommeliers.
